David Arrona has been by far the most professional mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many properties and re-financed many properties over the years and he stands out head and shoulders above the rest. He sends an easy-to-read spreadsheet with the financing options plus a video of himself going through the spreadsheet and explaining it. You can also do "what ifs" if you have worked with spreadsheets before. If not, he will guide you through the process in the least intrusive way. I highly recommend him and will send my friends to him. Great job David.

We were referred to David by some close friends. He was so amazing to work with in our refinance. The turn around time for questions, documents and suggestions were immediate. At the beginning of our refinance he took time to put together three very informative spreadsheets with a video explanation to help us choose what loan option would be best for our family. The video was so helpful in choosing our option. We live in Santa Maria and we were able to finalize everything via email and secure loan document portals. I would highly recommend David Arrona.
