I recently contacted Kelley and her team regarding the refinancing of my home. After years with Wells Fargo and their questionable lending practices it was time for my wife and I to get someone to listen to our issues and take an active role in our financing needs. From the moment I contacted Kelley she made me feel very comfortable but more importantly she genuinely wanted to help me. Given the refinance process these days it can be very exhausting and frustrating but I can honestly say I never felt this with Kelley and her team. They were always there to answer my questions and concerns and kept me updated throughout the process. Even through some of the challenges we encountered, Kelley and her team always had a positive attitude and guided me through all options. I am thrilled to report that after just a few months, I finally closed and saved an incredible $1600/month on my mortgage payment and was able to get myself away from Wells Fargo. I honestly cannot put into words the incredible job Kelley and Becky and their entire team did with my refi. Hands down Kelley and Becky and the entire team are the best lenders I have ever worked with. If you have any refi or mortgage needs you owe it to yourself to call them first. You wont be disappointed.

I must say that Kelley and Becky were absolutely awesome they were always on top of the process of the loan. Kelley recently helped my husband and I refinance our home. Basically I am a little skeptical of people. But Kelly came highly recommended. She was available at it seems at all times. I first her from her on a Saturday and then on a Sunday. Then we started compiling all the paperwork with her assistant Becky. Which they found errors that I had overlooked for years and help me correct them. Absolutely wonderful. Kelley was professional, responsive, knowledgable and fun. Down sides, we did not get the rate we wanted. We did not get all the terms we would have liked. Upsides, We got our house. The proccess was painless (for us). Most importantly, we got to work with a great person who genuinly cared about us through it all.
