My wife and I Moved to Arizona two years ago because of my job. This year we decided to move back to Texas around the Austin area to be near our family (new grandchild). When my wife found where she wanted to live and what home she wanted, and what amenities she planned to have in it our real estate professional Christine Pura, of The Austin Real Estate Team, referred us to Joe Garrett. This was the best decision we could have made. Joe worked with us from the beginning of construction of our new home to the final walk through. If we had any questions regarding our mortgage, Joe was always available either by phone or email. We were pre-qualified and he found a great rate for us. This made one less thing to worry about when purchasing and building a home. The closing was done easily and painlessly. Joe and the folks at Southwest Funding Mortgage made it happen! I was on vacation after the 2016 election, and when I got back, rates had started to rise. Stephanie Cypert was able to get me the same low rate that I had talked about with another mortgage company 10 days before (but was no longer available with them). I switched to Stephanie with Southwest Funding and have been happy with her professionalism, timely communication, and hard work to get my refinancing closed with the lower rate. She was a joy to work with. She was always calm and reassuring -- even when I asked for changes in the amount I wanted to pull out in my cash-out refinance. I am extremely satisfied, and her help was beyond my expectations! I would definitely highly recommend Stephanie Cypert to anyone who needs an initial mortgage, or who is refinancing their current mortgage!

I dont want to sound like a story, but our loan officer really got it done. I am a veteran and needing a VA guaranteed home loan. Before Southwest Funding I was working an LO Ross with veterans united home loan. It was a 6 month nightmare which ended with the a refi denial. The loan officer that help me with Southwest Funding was Roswald Milliner. I told him everything, and he thought he could get it done. I was very skeptical and thought he was over his head with my file. I needed someone who paid attention to details and perseverance, and he delivered. We moved in about a month ago to our beautiful home, and we could not thank him enough.

My Loan officer, Roswald Milliner: Very professional and able to answer all questions on refinance process We were able to complete the refinance process quickly and went to settlement within a few weeks. He simplified the process and really kept me and my family well aware of where we were in the process. I shopped around and found that Ross was able to give us the best rates and the best service. He is very knowledgeable about the products offered, and was patient and easy to work with complete process. Working with Ross on mortgage or refinance is always a pleasure and I would strongly recommend him to others.

The agent, Mr. William Cobb (Loan Officer), has been very helpful in helping me get my loans approved. In my experience, I would say that he is exceptional at being timely and has been very efficient. He knew what kind of mortgages were best suited for us. Unlike some people in his working environment, he was very kind, professional, and courteous when it came to personal stuff like family special situations. When we were first planning to buy a house, we were very unsure of what kind of company would help us finance in a new house. William Cobb is such an EXCEPTIONAL loan officer. Not only was he patient, detailed, and great with follow up reminders, he provided a final LOWER interest rate and tracked down a LOWER promotional discount from any previous quotes received - including his own!
