Carbone was my lawyer I was the defendant he showed up in court once just to hear the judge give me a new date the case never went through the carges were dropped and Carbone did not have to and did not appear in court anymore he told me that if we get a dismisal I would get part of my money back... Ofcourse that never happend... When his staff called me to tell that te charges were dropped I asked to speak to Carbone but was told that he was not available and instructed that i did not have to show up to court being that the case was dismissed... Wrong ... I was but never made it there so I got hit with a 200 dollar fine that by the way Carbone said that I must be "crazy" if I thought that he was going to pay for that. Later that evening I spoke to Carbone and told him what his staff had told me and he said that I was lying that he was standing next to her while she told me about the dismissal.. either he is the liar or she lied about him not being there... I would never ever use this man again because of his dishonesty .. Shame shame....

He then went on a rant where he called my exhusband a dirt bag, making matters worse in trying to resolve our problems.
