Martinson & Beason, P.C. has helped me through two separate claims involving wrecks. In both cases, the other party was at fault. M&B were quick to take over all of the phone calls and paper work with insurance adjusters, medical staff, etc. This was a blessing as I was able to focus on getting things back to normal in my own life while I felt confident I would be fairly compensated for all of the damage and general chaos that these wrecks tend to cause. I was treated with respect every step of the claim and clearly understood where we were in the process as well as what I could expect along the way. If you have ever dealt with an accident on your own, you know how confusing and stressful this process can be. My experience with Martinson and Beason was so much better than i could have ever expected! My mother passed away recently and her ex-boyfriend wrongfully tried to claim all of her possessions and estate and i didnt know what i was going to do. It was a very stressful time but with the help of Angela Riley and Andrew Sieja I got full control of her estate and the ex-boyfriend didnt get a dime, which is what my mother wanted. Angela and Andrew called me almost daily to check up on me and inform me of what was going to happen and even called several times to just make sure that i was doing ok emotionally.
