Awful! Awful! Awful!. AAA & the commerce Insurance seem to not be on level in regards to monthly insurance payments. It makes things difficult for every client, including me as I continue to receive from commerce insurance letter of intent to cancel my auto insurance when in reality my payment is current according to AAA record in their system. How frustrating! Your PR is affected when you do business in this manner as modern technologies advances. Please correct your system so that it reflects automatic upgrades and status. Or else, you will loose customer like me, and many others. N. gaye

I used AAA for renewing my license. If you are a AAA member it is a service that you should definitely take advantage of. I had gone to a registry and been given an estimate of an hour wait, but I was done at AAA in 20 minutes. Easy as can be, knowledgeable and efficient staff person handled my transaction courteously and capably. Would recommend their registry services to all AAA members, just as I would their other services. Quality organization.

License renewal - Wonderful experience I opened a AAA card for myself and my husband and the service associate was friendly and efficient without any wait. Then I got a new license and only waited 10 minutes beats going to the registry. The camera takes the picture so close up, yikes! Great service everyone is extremely helpful they checked everyones paper work and made sure everyone was in the right lines. Awesome service highly recommended.

I use this office for travel needs, movie tickets, and most recently registry matters. It can get crowded especially around major holidays but the customer service is always exemplary. They have always let me know how long of a wait there is and this is helpful in terms of determining whether I want to wait or come back another day. My experience regarding renewal of my license was great- I showed up early and was out within 10 minutes.

I was surprised when I arrived at the AAA Saugus location to find a line of people waiting for the branch to open. I guess others have come to realize (like me) the great deals you can get with membership! Even with the line, once the branch opened, the associates were helpful in organizing those waiting to the correct places and were able to assist me with barely any wait at all. I was very pleased with this experience!

as soon as I got in the door the receptionist ask me what I needed, I told her and she gave a form to fill out. Then when I was done a very nice gentlemen said he could help me. He explained everything to make sure I understood before I left. They were very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable for my needs. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. I was annoyed one Saturday recently when we arrived right at 1:00 to get movie tickets and were turned away. The staff was still there and someone was in the process of locking the door when we arrived. This would have been a one-minute or less transaction. Otherwise, no complaints!

There was literally no one in line (good luck finding a RMV branch with no line!), the woman who helped me was friendly and had my eyes examined, picture taken, and temp license printed in the time it would have taken me to navigate half of the line at any RMV on the best of days. I was there less than ten minutes, tops.

I went to buy tickets on a Saturday around noon. Although there were a lot of people there and we were in a long line, it only took 5 minutes to get to the front. While we were in line, there was someone checking to make sure everyone was in the right line. The staff was very helpful,courteous and definitely efficient!

AAA in Saugus is always pleasant to deal with. I have used them for a number of their services but most recently to replace a lost license. The wait was reasonable and the woman who waited on me could not have been nicer as well as efficient. I will certainly continue to recommend an visit AAA Saugus in the future.

All I needed was ,maps, and I was pleased that they sorted map-requesters into a fast line while those needing something more complicated were in a separate line. In and out in less than 5".. Last year I discovered that renewing my license at AAA took about 10". RMV can ruin a day, or at least half a day!

It is much better than standing in the long registry lines to get your drivers license renewed. I also bumped up my membership from standard to plus while I was there, but I am still awaiting those cards to be delivered. The rep. stated one week, it has been more. Thus the 4 rather than 5 star rating.

I utilized the MA RMV service at this AAA site. It is a nice alternative to the RMV. Still a bit of a wait; however, I am sure not as bad as if I went to the RMV. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The RMV rep was very pleasant. Office was nice and bright too.
