People there do not care about customers.I was a customer and they do not care about me.I have a good driving record but I was never given a good rate from them,so I decided to switch to another company with much a better rate.I signed a form for the cancellation of my insurance policy with them.They still owe me a certain amount of money, and I was expecting to receive a check from them; but they sent me a letter claiming that they are insuring my vehicle for another month. At this point in time however, I already switched to a different insurance company a month ago. I have no need for double insurance for my vehicles. This kind of business strategy is very unprofessional and dishonest; I just need my money back. All in all, I want people to steer clear of this company. P.S There were two agents, Michelle and Luda- who worked for the company. They were very kind and professional, and they provided good service. However, they moved to different location within the company- I have never seen them again.

Melody was rude and very unprofessional. I do not want to hear about this company ever again. Never going back. Not recommended. I will tell all my friends and family about the terrible experience. Took them more than a month to mail me i.d. cards and I still have to see IF they will send them to my email. I am canceling my policy even if they refuse to help me any further. Do not trust this so called company. Zero stars.
