In trying to decide which person to single out for a job well done, I find it literally an impossible task to pick just one. In the time I have been a customer of Kutter, and now Boardtracker, I have found all the employees to be very dedicated to providing exemplary service to customers. Furthermore, in riding motorcycles of different manufacturers, I have found one intangible Harley Davidson has over other companies is its ethos of customer service above all else. Nowhere is this better exemplified than with the owners, managers, and employees of Boardtracker Harley Davidson where they have perfected the art. I wholeheartedly recommend Boardtracker as your motorcycle dealer. I would also like to say hello to an old friend, Brandon Wilson, who I see is the new general manager at Boardtracker. Having been a Kutter customer for the last several years, I’ve had occasion to work with people in all the various departments, from sales, service, parts, clothing, rentals, insurance, and, Internet promotions. To a person, they have all been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in their field. A review form for Kutter lists the names of 21 employees. As a customer, I have come in contact with at least 16 or 17 of those people. It would be impossible to pick just one person to single out for praise when virtually everyone on the list has provided me with exemplary service. The Sinks are to be congratulated on assembling one of the finest business teams I’ve ever encountered. I can (and do) highly recommend Kutter Harley Davidson to anyone.

Ordered product off the internet back on March 7th 2014 and card was charged right away. Chose free shipping. Given tracking number on March 13th but was not handed off to carrier until March 15th. Today is March 20th and still no package and last place the package was tracked was local to to dealership halfway across the country. Good price but by the time I get the item if there is anything wrong with it I might not have time to return it for a refund. I did call in on the 15th and got help from a friendly and helpful parts employee. So far not the best overall experience but again the price was good. If you are looking for a rush on something make sure you are aware that the free shipping option and agility might be an issue for you.

One of the best Harley Davidson dealerships I went to. Fro. The service counter to the checkout to the people who help get the people you are looking for, Everyone was beyond welcoming. I did not feel the pressure to buy more like I normally do, they were more than accommodating when I told them I moved here and was a MVP member in Boston, they applied the discount and even took my information so that they could help me transfer it to their store which is appreciated immensely. Will being taking the ride down here more often for my Harley needs and to experience all the events that they put on.

We visit Kutter H-D from time to time. This past Saturday the 105.9 calendar girls were there giving out and signing 2013 calendars. There was food, 20-60% off on certain items, door prize drawings every half hour - what a great way to spend a Saturday! And Lucy Anderson - she is such a STITCH!! Friendly, bubbly personality and oh yes.....SHE NEEDS A P.A. SYSTEM. Poor girl had to yell so everyone could hear her read off the winning numbers for the drawings. Everyone working at the dealership has always been friendly and eager to assist customers with all their needs.

my experience at boardtracker Harley Davidson has always been first rate. the sales person {rod} was most informative about every bike available. after purchasing a bike, I needed to insure my new baby. If you have the interest but not the experience to ride, this is the dealership to satisfy both. The Riders Edge program they offer is the best way to learn. No experience necessary! They have the facilities and space for teaching and riding. After that, their staff of professionals will accommodate what ever you need in the riding world. New or used bike sales, apparel, service, accessories, just name it and they will do it well. They are all a group of people who love what they do and where they are. Kutter HD!
