In late October of 2013 I was involved in a serious accident, through no fault of my own. After nearly a month in the hospital, I came home to begin the long road to recovery. I was advised by friends to obtain an attorney. I got recommendations from friends (some of them attorneys themselves) and started interviewing attorneys. After 4 days of interviewing attorneys, I was ready to make my decision when John Demas returned my call and insisted on meeting me. After our meeting, I signed a contract with Mr. Demas. Mr. Demas stated from the beginning that my case would take 2 years to settle. During these two years, Mr. Demas and his staff were professional, courteous, and always promptly returned calls and e-mails. Their explanations of each step of the process were very clear. Mr. Demas’s twenty years of experience was evident in our discussions, negotiations and dealings with the other party. My medical treatment also took two years, and was quite intense. My wife and I needed to focus on my medical treatment. I never had to worry that my case wasn’t being handled well. Mr. Demas was able to secure a favorable settlement for us after standing firm against ridiculous offers from the responsible party. We were spared the anxiety and time commitment of a trial due to his skills. Money can’t make up for what I lost in the accident, but at least I can relax knowing that I received a satisfactory settlement for my injuries, pain and suffering.

I have been working with Demas Law Group now for a couple of months. So far I’m impressed beyond words, I have had dealings with different attorneys for a couple different things and this has so far been the best experience yet. Every call, email is very professional and it always starts out with “how are you doing, feeling” etc. I was basically told by my insurance companies Doctors that I would have to wait 3 months in between injections and that I just would “be on temporary disability” I’m a single income family who can live off of that? I searched Doctors trying to find one that would take cash and apparently that doesn’t happen. I thought I would ask Demas Law Group what I should do. Demas Law Group went to work for me and found a Doctor that I am going to go see to at least confirm or try something different to help get me back to work. One think I have found so far is that when you work with Demas Law Group you’re NOT alone!!!

I was in a terrible accident the summer of 2013. This accident left me with multiple broken bones, not being able to walk for four months, 3 small children to care for and a husband who had to take off work during these four months to care for all of us. Needless to say, it was a time of uncertainty and sadness for our family. We hired Jacquie Siemens to help us with our case. We could not have made a better choice! Sitting at a stoplight a high-speed pursuit by the CHP ended in my driver side door. I remember sitting in the ER, around me doctors running tests thinking… I don’t have medical insurance, how am I going to afford this? I contacted John’s office and instantly the process was made clear to me. Without insurance I was able to get the care I needed without sparing any expense for treatment options. I cannot tell you how important it is to feel at ease about getting the care you need when everything in your life is now changing due to an injury. I want to take a moment and recommend John Demas to anyone who has been in an accident. I cam to John after my initial attorney botched what should have been a slam dunk injury case for over a year. John and his team had to make up for lost time and begin their work at a disadvantage and yet were able to get me and my family a settlement that worked for us. They were aggressive and refused to give an inch during my case, ultimately getting us to a settlement award. I recently go into a pretty serious motorcycle accident, i had know idea where to go and i was pointed in the direction of Demas Law. That is where i was refered to Matt Young and let me tell you he is about his business and really takes his job serious. He did not make me feel like it was about the money at all, he was a very ginuein and down to earth person. He went over everything with ne in detail anf just helped me with any questions and made sure i understood the process. In June, 2013, I was rear-ended at a stop light, I was injured and my car was totaled. I was referred to Brad Shultz at Demas Law by a Facebook friend and was totally satisfied with the way Brad handled my case. Unfortunately, the person who hit me carried the minimum allowable insurance coverage in California. Not so great for me, but Brad got me every dime that he could based on her insurance limits. Brad and the staff at Demas Law were courteous, kind and efficient. I would recommend Brad Shultz to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney.
