Called them for a friend and they seemed very professional and a lady was at the hospital within 10 min .when my friend was on her way to work a lady had hit my friend on scottsville road so hard it blew all the air bags in her suv and she was at a complete stop at a red light when hit abd the force pushed her car into another car . She suffered severe whiplash and now has back problems and is a single mother of 3 and that was her only vehicle. After 3 weeks of being in and out of doctors and mris she gets a call from the lady that was working with her and they tell her that the ladys insurance is not covering it. Apparently the lady that hit her didnt have insurance but called and put insurance on her car at the time of the accident to make it look as if she had insurance. So the lawfirm called her upon finding that out and dropped the entire case . A single mother with 3 kids that now has no vehicle and lost her job due to not having a vehicle and now her kids are suffering from this . This just makes me sick. I highly do not recommended using flora . The lady never was charged or given a court date for driving with no insurance or anything . I cant believe a company this big would allow this to happen . This doesnt sound like a decision flora would make so i called the front desk to verify and sure enough it is and she claimed flora made the decision to drop it. she has since found a friend willing to help her and as of today has media support . I hope they put this story on the front page of the daily news . Flora Templetons office should be ashamed
