Velen and chris are the only people i think that know anything about their job over there. My card was ran by mistake not only once but 3 times. The collection had to fax paperwork to my bank to correct the situation. Supposedly two managers and a district manager was involved in this situation and an email was sent to the location to not run my card again and low and behold they did it again. So not only did their office staff ignore all notes and emails not to run my card they ran it again anyway. At that point I had to cancel out of card with my bank to avoid it from happening again which I should not have had to do. Chris and Velen worked with me to rectify the situation because there was a lot of money involved but the staff clearly needs to pay attention. Use your own judgement when using this store this is just my experience. Thank God I paid my loan off today because I will not be returning.

DO NOT get a Title or registration Loan. On a $1,500 loan you will pay back OVER $5,000 dollars. They are thiefs! Everyone should boycott title loan companies. Just stay away from them, put them out of business. People need the money for an emergency and in return they hurt you bad by taking TONS money from you. #thieves

Went here for the 3rd party MVD services and checked out their website beforehand. Once we got there they told us you had to have an appointment which is not on their website. What a waste of time! I ended up using GGandD and was in and out quickly there with no appointment necessary. I will not be back here ever.
