I hate dealing with anyone in this office. They’re very unprofessional, communicating with them through email or on the phone is a challenge. Information about your policy is given to you in dosages. My first encounter with them being unfriendly and impossible sort of set the stage on how I will deal with them moving forward. I started off with them on the wrong foot, because they failed to complete my policy with my brand new car correctly. When I got into a small fender bender; I was told I was missing a coverage that should have been placed on the policy to begin with. Then they tried to put it off on me that I didn’t supply them with pictures of the vehicle. First off, my initial appointment when I was told to come to the office to sign documents, it should have been done then; your the operating business. It’s implied that you know your job; or do you? Instead one of the female staff members were more focused on having an attitude with me. I’m just disgusted, taking business elsewhere.

Spoke with Janelle over the phone and was yelled at with a nasty attitude when I simply asked her about my policy. In short, I was told by her that an agent will call me back in about 1 hr -- I called back 2 hrs later asking them to update me on the situation only to have Janelle yell at me again. I do not recommend this agent to anyone due to their lack of professionalism.

We met with Alan on a Sunday. We were just in from another state. He took care of us that afternoon because my husband had to start a job on Monday. He explained all of the coverage’s to us so that we understood what we were getting and how it covered us and our family. State Farm has something for everyone.

Every time I see Alan or his staff, they are always friendly and accommodating. I always go in to take advantage of the free gifts. They have miniature footballs, basketballs, key chains, atlases, coloring books, linen shopping bags. I can’t believe the stuff they have in there. It just keeps coming…!!

Every time I call they claim they will deal with the issue and get back to me "in X amount of time" and never do. It has taken me two weeks of hounding them to get NO proof of my own insurance so far.
