As long as Nelson Abbott is the man behind the desk at Farm Bureau, we will never work with another insurance agency. Nelson is the most professional individual we have worked with in the industry. He always answers the phone, is quick to respond and help, and can trust him to ALWAYS look out for us. My husband at I have tried to do the math for how long we have been with Nelson, and the best we can come up with is 15+ years. Regardless we are looking forward to 15 more. For those of you lucky enough to know Nelson personally as well as professionally you will quickly find out he is an exceptional community leader, and advocate. Nelson Abbott is great to work with. He is very good at finding the best options for your protection and pocket book. He is very easy to get a hold of when I have questions. When I have to leave a message he is very quick to return the call. When I had a disaster at my house, Nelson was very quick to connect me with the best people. He called to check to see how things were going even though he is not required to since the claims agent was working on the case. He is a great agent!!
