Shay was extremely helpful. He kept in good communication with me, was able to answer all my questions, was very transparent about the details of my insurance quote, and gave me information about different coverage amounts and let me decide what I felt was best. He made sure I understood different discounts that were applied, and some of the insurance language. I would definitely recommend working with him--although I know all insurance agents are interested in making sales, I never felt like he was trying to rip me off or take advantage of me.

We’ve worked with Farmers agents and Independent agents in the past. But we will stick with Shay and State Farm because the service is top notch.

Nice people, though there was always a change in premium, or a mysterious "error" in the State Farm system... Got a better quote from a friend and leapt at the chance to switch. Oddly enough, the easiest part of being with State Farm was canceling the policies.
