I worked with Kathleen to find life insurance for my husband and I. We live in Austin and Kathleen was very helpful in explaining the different policies that she could offer through State Farm and helped us both choose the right policy. Also, the staff at her office have been wonderful for any follow up that was needed to process paperwork. I would recommend Kathleen and her staff to anyone as they have proven they will take the time to help you find the products you need.

Kathleen is hard to please. Nothing is ever good enough for her. I would not recommend her to anyone. Too pushy. And when you try to transfer out of her office she tries to block you. Now why would she want to keep people who do not want to be in her office?
