A Private User

I received a call from this company two weeks ago. When I answered the phone with “hello” the male on the other end of the line didn’t ask who I was or anything before screaming into my ear, “you need to accept your mistakes and pay up!” I thought this was a prank call, but sadly it wasn’t. This is supposed to be a real company? I spent a couple of minutes trying to talk to this man and find out who he was calling for and why he was calling me. He just continued to be belligerent and threatened saying things like “you’ll be sorry if you don’t pay this back”, “so help me!” After my third time asking who he thought he was talking to, he gave a name that WASN’T ME. This jerk called the wrong number! He stated, “I have the wrong number” and hung up before I could get his name. So I called back and the operator answered saying this company is Thomas George Associates. She was able to look up their file with the name the guy had thought I was and my phone number. The operator stated I was talking to a Jonathan Gesner and then transferred me to man who stated he was Mr. Gesner’s manager, but sounded just like the guy who had yelled at me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with!!! Just like all the other reviews are 100% accurate this place is the most unprofessional I have personally ever experienced!!!! They swear at you and raise their voice, I have no idea how this place is in business. THOMAS GEORGE ASSOCIATES IS A JOKE, THE ONLY REASON WHY IM GIVING 1 star is bc It makes you or I would give negative 5 star review. THOMAS GEORGE ASSOCIATES IS TERRIBLE!!!!

letter about amount owed, NO INTERACTION OR CONTACT WITH INSURED LISTED IN THE LETTER. NOT KNOW Insured listed on letter. George & Associates are in NY I live in southern state miles away. I have not been to NY state in 10 years, then we flew by plane. Scam

Also accused of hit and run that did not happen. Do not give these people your insurance information. They refuse to stop contacting me even after police report shows me eliminated as suspect. Scam Scam Scam do not give in to these people!
