First I would like to say not all the people that works for Southern General is bad. The insurance adjuster, Mrs. Bridgett Glover was on point. She was very professional and did her job at the highest. Now when it came to refund money because my vehicle was total, Aisha(I-ee-sha) was a rude representative for this company. Maybe she was on her period at the moment but to be rude and disrespectful to a customer and highly uncalled for. She would not let me get a word in. Just to ask about a document. I ask to speak to a supervisor, which took 2-3 minutes. A "Tripp" got on the phone. That could have been a co-worker sitting in the next cubicle. Who knows. I explained to him the same situation that his representative was rude and would not let me get an word in edge wise. He was as nasty as she was. Maybe he was on his period as well. I ask him if company record conversations. He stated no and I as nicely as I know how I told him that is something they need to look into and hung the phone up immediately because I did not want to deal with their PMS. So word of advice people take these reviews seriously because I know I will be finding a different insurance company.

Only giving a one because it it the lowest available. This is absolutely the worst insurance company there is. They should be investigated and shut down. I was stopped at a traffic light in Feburary by one of their insured who was arrested for DWI. She never even hit the brakes. I suffered damage to my truck in excess of $1200. Next day, my neck and back was hurting so I went to my Chiropractor and Fast Med for treatment. Medical bills in excess of $1300.00. Their offer to settle: $500.00 toward medical and $500.00 for pain and suffering. I was hit by a drunk driver and they expect me to pay more than they do! I am not going to accept this and will have to seek legal help. What a joke!

BE WARNED! HORRIBLE Customer Service. I filed my claim in July 2016 it is now December 8th 2016 & STIL NO RESOLUTION - 5 Months Later & NOTHING! I call, email & fax DAILY for any form of communication - and GET NOTHING back. If you can wait over 5 months to resolve your claims - this is the company for you! BE WARNED, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY & OFFER NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

This company is by far the worst insurance company ever..I was told my payment was due on the 21st went the very next day on the 22nd to make the payment and was charged a $15 late fee...wat tha!!! when are you late oneday later...bad company,changes are seriously needed..
