The Honest Reviewer

The customer service from this company was very underwhelming. Already feeling stressed out from trying to find the best insurance, the agent who assisted me did not make things any easier. I asked for a quote from three companies I wanted to compare, but I only got one emailed to me. The agent did not bother telling me why my other quotes were not included. I had to keep getting answers out of the agent. This agent also left out some essential details on one of the auto quotes I requested, without telling me. It was just very poor communication and a lot of one sided answers with little explanation. I was left feeling very disappointed. If you are going to contact this business, I recommend speaking to Rosa. I spoke to her at one point and she was more helpful in explaining how things worked.

I received a quote from Mia which was very low. The insurance company was Safeco and the quote price was very low. That was the good part. When I looked at the online reviews for Safeco they were lower than sub-par. Apparently Safeco has a hard time assisting its clients and paying for claims. When I posed this question to Mia via email she did not respond. I found the company online, I assume the people off the street get the lower price since they dont really care about you. Very sad way to manage an operation. I was very surprised about the treatment coming from an established business in the community.

I just switched from a local agency to Harry Levine Insurance. They reviewed all of my policies and made recommendations about which ones to change and which ones to keep. They helped re-write the changed policies, and stuck with me throughout the entire process. They made sure all policies were in sync with the requirements of my personal umbrella policy (coverage and deductibles) . They even worked with my fiance` to make sure she could keep her existing auto policy while remaining covered under my umbrella policy. Very professional and very service oriented. Highly recommended.

Worse company ever! The list of complaints is so large stemming from the unprofessionalism of the office staff and the owner himself. The problems go deeper than what I will comment on here, but I thought others should know. The owner plays dumb about things he should definitely know how to do. He only does this when he really wants to avoid a simple question from a passed client such as myself. The rest of his staff are unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone. I have multiple businesses and my experience with them has been a sad one.

Very Professional commercial insurance department. Agents are very knowledgeable about their products offered and the needs of small businesses. They are also Bilingual in Spanish which is a great asset in Florida. I moved to Florida 4 years ago and have had nothing but a pleasant and professional experience with Harry Levine Insurance.
