Constantly sends junk mail with mandatory forms to sign and return for optional products they try and sell you. The final straw was requiring a faxed form to be filled out and faxed back just to remove a vehicle from the policy. I contacted Allstate directly and they stated that no such thing was required. Stay away from this place as it seems like the used car lot of insurance agencies!

I regularly shop around to try to find better deals, but no other insurance company come close to Allstate affordability. Other companies wanted to charge me $200 more for the same six months policy. I want to thanks Bravo Insurance Group for their excellent customer service and I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to purchase a new car insurance.
