Julie was awesome. Me and my mother have been paying outrageously expensive auto insurance with Progressive/Alliance Auto for over 6 years. We would always question why our bill would increase monthly, we had no accidents ever- no claims- they would always say that due to other motorist false claims and accidents, it effects others covwrage costs such as myself. Well its ridiculous, why are we paying more for others wrong doings? After the bill went from $110 to $157 to $174 each, i couldnt take it. I looked on Google for cheap insurance and I came across the great reviews at this Geico location. Im so happy with the quote given, that i cancelled our Progressive immediately and switched to Geico. I am now paying only $88 for Full coverage. Over a $65 difference! They gave me many discounts and im super happy. Im a single parent of two boys, so to save where I can is beneficial. Go see Julie, shes awesome. And download the mobile app, its super easy and convenient to use. LOVE IT!!

I want to say that I have dealt with different insurance companies over the years, and the company products are just part of my decision. But to me that important thing is customer service, which this company has. the staff; Diana and Michelle are truly the epitome of customer service. They are very attentive and knowledgeable as well as patient to explain the differences in their product and that of my insurance company. Well one thing is that I have found out that I have been overcharged for auto and motorcycle insurance. Well, let me say that I am saying $743 a year, and since they did a great job, what about homeowner insurance. well they were able to save me over $600 a year, truly it is Christmas. I am leaving this review specifically for Mario. He was extremely helpful and attentive, taking all the necessary steps required to assure I got the best quotes for the coverage I was looking for. I used the website for a quote and received a follow up call from Mario had to end up calling back and ended up dealing with another sales agent. To put it as nicely as possible they were pretty much the complete opposite of Mario. She simply refused to listen to what I was saying and made no effort to further investigate an error on my driving record. Mario seems passionate about what he does and that goes a long way. Thank you MARIO... if at all possible you should specifically request him, you will not regret it.

Ive had plenty of auto insurances in the past and speaking with the representatives from the individual locations was always a headache I was treated as if I was a burden to their day .. I recently spoke with a rep name Julie unfortunately I forget to ask for her full name but regardless she was very pleasant and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and not being treated as if they were a burden. She was helpful, professional, and overall making me as a customer felt important to handle the issues I had . The process of changing insurances on top of everything else going on has been a headache and a half. I spoke to Michael and he walked me through the entire process making sure I understood everything. This office is great. Stephanie Carey is a great rep for them. Stephanie is our marketing rep for our dealership. She and the office staff are always fast, friendly and timely. I always recommend Geico to every customer, not just because of the great relationship that Stephanie has provided us, but because of the low costs they provide for car insurance (boat insurance and other stuff is great as well) I personally have my watercraft insurance through them and could not be happier. Sadly after almost four years with GEICO their customer service has driven me to a new insurance company. To summarize that wanted to increase the rate on one of my cars 300%, because of something "they missed years ago" no one was willing nor able to help me resolve this without a huge increase in rate or huge decrease in policy. Geico sucks. I had tire blow out and they bumped me 35% and charged me with an at fault accident. I previously had no accidents or tickets on my license. I did not hit a car, pole, truck or any other vehicle. My fault that there is deb re on road and caused me to get a blow out. Insurance is a scam and I hope it collapses like the banks did back in 08. This time hopefully the Govt does not bail them out like they did banks.
