After purchasing a home in July in 2016, with a baby on the way, my husband and I realized we needed to upgrade our swamp coolers and floor heaters to a central air for our 2 story home. We are more than pleased with the work that Rich, Yancy, and Dennis provided for us. We had several companies come out and bid on our home and many of them half assed the assessment with a BS cost... not Rich, he crawled under our house, in our attic and looked at every aspect of what we were asking for and gave us a fair and reasonable price and timeline. Once the project was started, Yancy and Dennis worked long days getting our system up and running. They were crawling in attic and crawl spaces in the 107° heat and never once complained or slacked off on the job. There was even a weekend that Yancy took special care of certain sections of the house so we were comfortable until they were to return again. This was the best company and crew we have ever hired and recommend them to anyone out there who is looking in to upgrading their system.

This review is only for the install crew Jesus M and Jack. Jesus M and Jack were very professional and arrived promptly every morning. They introduced themselves and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. After every day, then were sure to check in with me and update me on their progress. They even went the extra mile to make sure the process was as least invasive as possible. Every day they cleaned up after themselves; it was like little elves came in and did great work. Jesus M and Jack were very communicative and answered all my questions. They were extremely polite and highly efficient and I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done. Five Stars!!!

Kudos for prompt response. At 7pm on Friday evening labor day weekend a service technician arrived at my home 45 minutes after I had called in my trouble. My air conditioning was sending out heat. Initially the technician thought there was a problem with an electronic zone board and I would have to wait until the next week for the board to be replaced. He was concerned that I would be without air conditioning for several days. The technician spent two hours continuing to trouble shoot and ultimately discovered a loose wire. I was blessed with air conditioning on a hot holiday weekend.

We are very satisfied with the services from Stewart Heating and Air. Jaime proved to be very knowledgable, helpful, great customer service during the time we were obtaining the various estimates, and while the work was being done. There was a change in the order for the AC unit , Jaime was able to change out the AC unit to one that fit our needs. Jaime and his team were great!!! The Bryant system is very nice and quiet. I highly recommend Stewart.

On 4/6/2016 two Stewart technicians worked at my home. I believe their names are Don and Sam. Both are experienced with the first giving additional instruction to the second. I gave high ratings to both: responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, price and overall quality. They inspected and cleaned as needed the furnace, checked the outside air-conditioner and replaced the system air filter. The equipment continues to work well.

Alfred responded within 20 minutes of my call for service. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. He willingly explained to me what he was doing and what it might mean as far as my HVAC system was concerned. We had mostly Jack install our furnace today and he did an awesome job. He also helped us install our new A/C unit last week. He was super nice and he was able to answer all our questions. He worked really hard and left us feeling confident about our installation. Plus, he cleaned up after he was done and left our home cleaner than most vendors. We recommend his work, knowledge, and experience.

Sergio came on time to review our system. He did a thorough job and explained the issues very clearly. He also suggested some appropriate measures to make our system more efficient. I was having trouble adjusting my water pressure, and James from Stewart Heating and Air quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure reduction valve. He was able to replace the part in less than an hour, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing.
