Jeff, you must have been having a bad day, and it colored your whole perspective! I have "banked" with Members for 20 plus years, and always have found the help there, to go above and beyond in being a huge help. Now that I live in Alabama, I truly appreciate an excellent service partner, for my monetary needs. I did try one credit union here, but they were sorely lacking in whatever it is that Members CU has. I was so surprised!, having heard that Southern warmth spread to the whole place.

Members Credit Union was terrible. Slow service, bad online banking and nothing was reliable even if you called for help. The only things that improved when they became 4 Front was the speed in the bank and the way the banks looked. Nothing else has changed. Do Not Bank here. If its your only option get an account and leave as soon as you can for a bank that cares for its members.

since the change to 4front i have had, and it appears others have had a LOT of problems witht the online banking. it can leave you in a bind sometimes, but every time something goes wrong i just go in or call and its all fixed immediately or as fast as they can. they still take care of us and they are still friendly in my experience, but the online banking does need some work.

Welcome to lines. Previously, before the merger, you could expect 3-5 minute in the door and out again service while making deposits and free check cashing. Now you can expect a line to the door and 4 tellers and 10-20 min waits during busy periods and $5 cashing fees. Paying a few $ per month for a big name bank and saving the extra time in line looks like a good option.

I MISS Members, 4Front has made a joke out of this Credit Unions. One phone number that is tied to all locations and all I get is a busy signal! Four lanes open on the drive through to help dozens of cars. My plan was to wait it out until the dust settles but with no way to reach the credit union it leaves me no choice.
