Bill Meador and his team provide us with a rare personalized insurance experience. Agents often will say they work for you. But, Bill and his team actually take the time, do the work, to make your coverage what you want! They also took the time to educate us on what is available that we had not considered and gave us full cost break downs so we could choose what made the most sense for our needs. We get calls every week from insurance companies. I just tell them to please take us off their list because we will not change who we work with. Bill works for us.
