My problems with Amazon started with intimidating emails from my competitors of trademark infringement. I also had several accusations of selling inauthentic items. Selling on Amazon is great until there is an issue. Then there is no one to talk to. Without knowledge of how the Amazon system works you are lost. Precise protocol must be followed or the issue will not be resolved. Everyday spent on figuring out exactly what Amazon wants from you and then trying to execute it is money and time lost. The confusion and feeling of helplessness is overwhelming. But there is no need to waste time on all that. No reason to feel lost. I hired CJ firm for $1500 because Amazon performance would not reply back to me. CJ and Anthony were very nice as they told me to email Jeff team but there was no use my account was still banned. Jeff team reply the same exact thing as Amazon Seller Performance. Basely if amazon stated that there will no longer reply back to your message, it means that it is over. Even CJ firm cannot help you. But, before I pay CJ he did informed me that there is no guaranteed that your account will be reinstated. Thank you CJ and his firm for writing two letters for me for $1500.
