Getting charged with a DWI was the worst event in my life. It hurt me emotionally, personally and professionally. I immediately contacted my pre-paid legal service, but was unhappy with how they were handling my case. They just did not seem too concerned about how devastating this was to me and how having a DWI over my head the remainder of my life was just not something I could fathom. I researched constantly on Lawyers and went with SeiferFlatow. I was treated with respect form all the staff at the firm. We did not win in District Court and I thought about just giving up. After Speaking with Mr. Seifer I decided to put my faith in the firm and appeal it to Superior court. I was represented by Vincent Jamie Filliben in Superior court. I had never met Mr. Filliben before, but he immediately put me at ease before the hearing. Mr. Fillben was amazing in court. He knew my case backwards and forwards, and his skill and talent helped me have my case dismissed. Even if we had lost the case I would still be satisfied with how Mr. Filliben represented me. The guy was simply awesome. If you were charged with a DWI I know how you feel. I advise that you be represented by SeiferFlatow. I was able to get my reputation, integrity and my life back. The folks at SeiferFlatow are extremely good at what they do. I had a high speeding ticket in NC, where the speeding laws and punishments are the most punitive in the entire country, which is aided by them setting pretty low speed limits on major freeways even out in the countryside. Where most states have speed limits of 70 or 75 on an interstate, you will find many places in NC where it is as low as 60 even when nowhere near a major city, and this can catch you by surprise. Speeding in excess of 15 mph or just driving at a speed beyond a certain threshold carries stiff fines and a license suspension, which can carry over to your home state if you are from out of state, like I was. SeiferFlatow was able to work successfully on my behalf for a reduction in the charge which saved my license from being suspended. By signing a waiver for them to represent me, I also did not have to make any trips in person back to the multiple court dates due to various continuances. I am grateful to them for such a terrific job, patiently working through the process and continuing the case as needed in order to ensure I got the best possible outcome. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like I did - CALL THEM! They will be able to help you.

I got a bad ticket for multiple infractions on my commute into work a few weeks ago. I was driving like an idiot and got what I deserved. I was pretty shaken up when I got to work and immediately began searching online for an attorney. When I saw the reviews for Adam, I knew I had found the right one. I called his office and asked to speak to him in order to find out what he could do for me, but was disappointed to hear that he was in court. However, Adam promptly returned my call early that afternoon and, after learning that I had a clean driving record for the past three years, assured me that he could get me the best possible outcome: i.e., he would get the most serious charge dropped and no points would go on my license. He was a man of his word, as that is exactly what happened. Not only that, but he was able to resolve my case nine days before my court date! Needless to say, I am thrilled!
