We had new windows installed recently in our home in Eden. Steve was by far the easiest window guy to deal with. He was super professional, and kind. No high pressure tactics which I appreciated. Melissa in the office was always so helpful. The installers were clean, and professional. I could not be happier with how warm the windows kept my house this past winter. The product is great. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Steve the window guy! :)

Universal Windows Direct was the only company that actually brought in a window for me to see! The salesman told us about all the features and then gave us a price the very same night! He was nice, there was no pressure, and we felt really good about the purchase. The installers were courteous, on time, and did great work. They even vacuumed when they were done!
