Spoke with Fatima in the middle of January. Was told that all my medical records had just been received and that a letter of demand would be sent by the end of the week. Spoke with Fatima 5 weeks later. Was told that a letter of demand was going to be sent out. Spoke with Fatima at the end of April. Was told that my medical information was just received and that a letter of demand would be sent out! Wrote a letter to Mr. Guralnick expressing my concern about basically having smoke blown up my but for 3 months, I guess he thinks it is beneath him to speak with a customer, never heard from him. Slogan should be slightly changed to "Demand More Than This Law Firm Offers"
