Greyson is a terrible dealership who does not live up to what they promise. Not only did they promise to replace the missing mirror cap on my vehicle, and never do it, they also have dodged my calls and emails and never contacted me back on multiple occasions. The car was filthy when I got it, even though they told me they would clean it up. It had makeup caked into the steering wheel, gum stuck inside the door, and cookie crumbs all in between the seats. Now, only one year later, the car has broken down and it is going to cost me $600 (cheapest I could find, was originally quotes $980) to fix. Part of this is the battery, which they also agreed to replace when purchased. Come to find out the battery is 5 years old and NOT EVEN THE RIGHT BATTERY FOR THE CAR. DO NOT BUY FROM GREYSON. They will screw you every chance they get. My mother also bought her car from them, and they messed all the paperwork up so bad, that a month later she had not yet made a payment and had to come back to redo it all.

My sister and I were driving home from a trip to Nashville when our Mini Cooper got a flat tire. This dealer location was the closest to the incident, so we turned back and came here. Anne was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We were driving a company issued car and she made sure to 1. get us all of the necessary receipts to get the cost reimbursed and 2. provide fast and efficient service and tire change to get us back on the road home to New Jersey. My sister even heard her talking to other employees, informing them that we were on our way back to NJ and to make sure our tire change was made high priority. Thank you Anne!!!!! Even more, she gave us her card and direct number so that we could call once we were safely home if we needed any additional paperwork to be faxed over for our reimbursement. Exceptional service all around. I wish I could give more than five stars to Anne. Love her.

My experience with MINI was incredible. The staff shot straight with me the entire time, were respectful, not pushy and willing to work within my price range. I felt like they truly cared about my interests and needs for a vehicle. They were super knowledgable and exuded an expertise. They loved what they were doing and were very personable. I have to give a shout out to Dustin Taylor and Rick Culotta. They did not compete with one another, rather worked together to help me out. When one was not there, the other was. I got a real sense of teamwork. I also found Jeff Boak to be extremely helpful in the process when it came time to making some financial decisions. They were very generous and worked within our financial limitations. THANK YOU MINI!

I was nervous about car shopping as I needed to trade in my beloved (but gas hungry) truck for my first ever small car. I fell in love with Mini Coopers years ago so I headed for the Mini dealer. The sales staff was awesome helping me figure out what type of Mini I would like best (Clubman!). It was really cool to work with Meridith thru the process, seeing a female sales rep who was knowledgeable(!) and passionate about the car I was buying. When I needed to Mini shop again after an unfortunate car wreck, she and the rest of the staff were right there helping me hunt for as close to my first Mini as possible. Also a hats off to Dustin for helping me save accessories from my old Mini to go on my new one. Thanks guys!

Top notch customer service and the best buying experience yet. This is my second MINI and 10th vehicle purchased in the last 10 years. They really surprised me with the immediate returned phone calls and professionalism. Bottom line is "I" felt that they went above and beyond what normal dealers do. They make you feel like they want to earn your business and you are important. I traveled over 4 hours to do business with MINI of Knoxville. I do have local dealers but was not having a very good experience with my local dealers. I would highly recommend at least giving them a call; explain what you are looking for... and go from there.

Part of the excitement in buying a car is not only getting the car but having a good experience with the overall process. We love the car that we bought but unfortunately had the worse customer service I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I had to work hard to hold them to things that they promised to do when the car was purchased. This company could take some lessons from the reputable and notable Harper dealership in Knoxville who provides 5 star customer service and always follow up with their customers regarding their experience! Mini or its associates will never see my business in the future. I will stick with Harper!

I have worked with many dealerships over the years but this one is exceptional. They are extremely honest and offer the best prices possible. Additionally, they go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring that their customers are 100% happy - not only at the time of the purchase, but with a follow-up appointment after being familiarized with the car. Their detailing department is so conscientious that my car constantly looks like it just came from the showroom floor. In my opinion the credit for all of this goes to the manager, Patrick Winter, who obviously loves what he does which is to the benefit of their customers.

Typically buying a car can be stressful, and for some it can be a terrible experience. I can honestly say that my experience with salesman Tony Lewis was the best I have ever had. From the very start Mr. Lewis greeted me on the lot with a smile and very enthusiastic attitude which set the tone immediately. Throughout the process he and his manager Jeff were very accommodating to my specific needs and wants. I was never under any pressure. I tried to post about my experience a long time ago, but when I did I received a phone call from Mini of Knoxville. They began to harass me about how my negative comment may hurt their sales...I was younger when I bought my car from them. They were misleading and the longer I have the vehicle, the more and more things come out of the cracks. I really do love my Mini Cooper, I just wish it was a better buying experience. PS. Management/employees of MINI of Knoxville, PLEASE do not call me. I will not take down my post again and you will not sway me.

Dustin Taylor was a very helpful salesman and he put me in a beautiful Mini Cooper S 4 door. It has been on a few 2 hour road trips since July and it is an amazing car and fun to drive. He gave me a good deal on the car and threw in extra warranty because I bought an executive demo with 7k mi already on it. It is the MINI 7 with all the bells and whistles. Tomorrow, I go for my first routine service call and my 2nd date with Dustin. He will go over a couple things with me, like how to use the parallel parking feature.

I have bought two cars, in the past, and have had the worst experience ever. Not at mini of Knoxville they made me feel like I was on top of the world and my salesman made sure that my husband knew everything about the Mini Countryman before we left. Even when my 4 year old was acting up they gave her a bicycle to ride around the showroom floor. It was the best buying experience ever and I will go no where else. In fact as soon as I pay of my hhr I intend on speaking to Dustin Taylor about purchasing another mini!!

My MINI is getting older now and they seem to genuinely care not only about me, but also my car. The real MVP is Peter Keely, the mechanic that diagnosed and fixed it. Wonderful dealership, I found an used Mini S that I liked on their online inventory site and called to make sure it was still available, Rick was wonderful about giving me all the details of the car on the phone, even walking around the car and telling me about a minor small imperfection in the paint before I drove 40 minutes to test drive the car. Rick had the keys ready when we pulled in and was wonderful to work with. He helped make a good deal even better and I absolutely love my new little hot rod.

This review is for an excellent buying experience of a pre-owned Acura MDX from Grayson Mini of Knoxville . Mr. Tony Lewis facilitated the entire process including staying late for an evening test drive to really working to get us the best deal possible. I recently purchased a new Mini, and I highly recommend Tim Marsee at Mini of Knoxville to anyone else considering a Mini! He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained in detail how all the bells and whistles (of which there are many!) worked.
