Nothing good to say about this firm, My son and I went to request Mr Calvo services, we talk the different way to pay for his services, two days later I went back we my first deposit- payment of $2000.00 but the situation whit the family member was in jail changed, the some day and we no need any more Mr Calvo services I call the some day but no answer,next day again more calls nothing no respond that week Sunday Sept 10 the hurricane Irma strike Fort Myers, finally a week after I went to the office to talk to Mr Calvo about the case and cancel his services, only I was available to talk to the lady in front desk she told me the deposit no was refundable because about was take like a "retainer" I ask her how they can do that because the case never star Mr Calvo never meet my relative no paper was file, nothing ! She respond was she only work there, we are really mad of this firm supposed be there to work for people benefit, easily take the people money and because they knows the law said is legal We fell like we was rob exactly like some criminal do in the street, is a big embarrassment for the Cuban community.

I am very grateful to Jose Calvo and his staff for their superb services. I was in a very difficult case in which I thought there was no way out. But thankfully I was led to Calvo&Calvo. Not only did he help me drop my felony charge to a misdemeanor; he also helped me get my records expunged or sealed. My experience with Attorney Jason Rios was a nightmare. He was quick to contact me day one, but failed to do any work on my case. I was involved in a domestic dispute. My friend was able to have all charges removed and Jason only contacted the states attorney after 2 weeks of me calling and begging for help. We were able to resolve the issue without any help from him or his staff!!!!! BEWARE...... I wasted 2000.00. Dont make the same mistake!
