I had a very good experience with ICG and Corey M. This is the 3rd time I have used Corey in order to Refinance my home. I first met Corey 5 Years ago and I was in a bad situation. When speaking with Corey I felt very comfortable as he told me like it is. I had made an inquiry online and was called by over 10 different lenders. Every lender used high pressure sales tactics in order to get me to sign with them while Corey spent over an hour on the phone with me educating me on the different programs available. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything as he amazed me by the way he spoke unlike other lenders that called me. Last week I closed on my 3rd Refinance at ICG and Corey and it was a pleasure to conduct business with them. Today I received my check as promised and reduce the term on my Mortgage which is going to save me and my family over $140,000. Hats off to Corey and ICG I am so thankful

My wife and I were looking to upgrade and we decided to work Kieran Rodgers - referred by our real estate agent. We had prior relationships with Chase and Wells Fargo but we decided to give Kieran a shot..... This was the BEST thing that we did, he walked us through every step , answered all of questions, communicated with all parties and we are so happy with our mortgage process...I recommend him to all ! Kieran Best Rate Rodgers is the BEST - I closed with him 3 years ago on my old primary , it was so easy that we came back to do it again ..this loan process was even more of a pleasure ! Start to Finish - 24 days from contract. He is currently working on my friends loan- they are closing next week. We heard about him from Facebook- through friends... he is always working, always responds and he makes the process so easy !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -

**********BEWARE********** Total scam artists. Sending mailers to people with FHA loans that were closed after January, 25th, 2015 telling them they may be eligible for a Mortgage Insurance Premium reduction and making it look like they are from HUD. Any FHA loan done after that date already has the reduced MIP. Do your homework people!
