From the very first phone call I had with Troy to signing the final papers, Troy and his staff were beyond helpful. Troy was recommended to me for a home refinance, which I knew nothing about. He was extremely patient with me and explained everything in easy to understand ways. I immediately felt comfortable with him and as a result, trusted him immensely throughout the process. Troy and his staff made it easy for me to work with them and proactively sent me updates, without being too pushy or annoying. They were constantly looking out for my best interest and helped me get a great deal on my refi. I lowered my interest rate by over 1.5% and lowered my monthly mortgage payment by 9%. Overall, I had a great experience with 5280 and would recommend him to anyone (In fact, I already have recommended him to family and friends!).
