I used Envoy for a VA loan on my house. I’m extremely impressed with the prompt and courteous service I received from them. My loan officer, Josh Hay, couldn’t be more responsive if he tried. I remarked to several of my friends about an email I sent him at 10 PM expecting a reply the following day. To my surprise, about 30 minutes later, I had my answer. I have dealt with loan officers before. While they were all courteous, never did I experience service like what I got from Envoy. Also, with so much of the process now done electronically, I completed approximately 99% online. Using their secure online document service, I only left my house one time, the day of the closing. Which meant I didn’t have to take time away from work, filling out or dropping off information to my loan officer. There is no hesitation on my part for not recommending Envoy to my friends or family. In the future should I ever refinance or wish to buy a new house, I will begin my financial search with Envoy.

Buyer took off work and seller has to be at work and this is unacceptable for any business. They should have their license revoked. Do NOT use them. They are a joke and you will regret it.
