Ghassan and RPM more than exceed my expectations in helping my fiancé and me with the financing for our new home. I had always been under the impression that the financing part of the home buying process was a huge headache. Not so with Ghassan and RPM! Ghassan took the time to walk us through the loan process and was available at any time of day to answer random questions. He went out of his way to make sure that we understood what was going on. Our financing came in ahead of schedule and was exactly what we expected. As an added bonus, Ghassan has a tremendous understanding of the housing market and was able to offer us valuable advice through each stage of the home buying process, especially regarding how to make an attractive offer. We used Ghassan for the financing of our first home, and he truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! Not only did he walk us through exactly what went into the interest rate we were going to get and ensure we got the best rate possible, he was always available for questions and very responsive all of the time. In each offer we made on a home, he personally called the listing agent to vouch for us and explain that our loan was as good as cash. Listing agents told us that our lender was the only one that called even when we went up against 6+ other offers. This definitely helped us when competing with cash offers. Throughout the home buying process we were never concerned about our loan because Ghassan took such great care of us! I highly recommend him as one of the best mortgage brokers out there.
