I can honestly say that working with Spire Financials entire team was nothing like anything that I have experienced in the mortgage industry. I usually only take the time to write negative reviews but I felt inclined to state something about Spire Financial seeing that they are truly unique in the industry that they compete in. Dan Brown is both professional and experienced in everything that he does. In addition to Dan, each member of his team took the time from a very personal standpoint to make sure that I was matched up with a product that suited my best interests instead of their own. Dan even went through my other accounts and found areas where I could save money that I was previously unaware of. Their response time also greatly exceeded my expectations. I was in a situation that allowed me to save money on a property providing that I closed within a timeframe that was next to impossible. Dan and his team were able to make that happen for me, saving me thousands of dollars. I truly cannot thank you enough for the positive experience that I had with you guys considering how few and far between they seem to be in society today.

I bought my first place recently and I had a great experience with Spire Financial. Dan and Ben are upfront and honest about the whole process and answered all of my dumb first-time-buyer questions. We had locked in a rate back in March before rates were looking to spike up but even though we had locked in, they were able to get an even lower rate right before closing. Additionally, they were able to get me grandfathered in with much lower mortgage insurance costs before those rates went up. What really impressed me were the personal touches on the work they do. They are very timely with any responses to questions and were willing to work over email, which I prefer. On the day of closing I had to be back at the new place shortly after the paper work was complete and did not have a way to quickly get over there but thankfully Dan even gave me a ride back downtown. Thanks again Dan and Ben (and everyone else over there)!

I recently refinanced my home with Mike Kenevan at Spire Financial; considering I had a first and second mortgage and the changes to the mortgage industry the refinance could have been messy and confusing, thankfully it was not. Mike handled my mortgages when I purchased my home and reached out to me when rates dropped to a point that a refinance was beneficial. Some friends told me I could get it done cheaper on my own, so I figured I would look into it but after a couple of hours I didn’t find better rates, rather I found myself very frustrated. Mike Kenevan and the Spire Financial team were very honest and upfront with me, telling me how long I would need to stay in the house to make the refinance worth it, giving me options and talking me thru all the changes in the industry. I will use them again and do recommend them to my friends. Save yourself the time and effort, let Spire Financial do the work for you.

AmeriFirst delivers the best value in the business. I evaluated five total mortgage companies and ending up chosing AmeriFirst. Dan Brown and his associate RyAnn Duran are thorough, professional, responsive and empathetic. They have my full recommendation of their services. A few things they did to make my life easier: 1. They take a few extra steps early on to obtain a Certificate of Assurance for my mortgage 2. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely 3. Their pricing is very similar to other mortgage companies though deliver much more value 4. They are extremely responsive 5. The online portal is very helpful for uploading documents I wish Dan and RyAnn the best!

Nick Brown did an excellent job with my loan as he assisted me in all areas of working through the process of getting a loan. He helped me with understanding the paperwork I needed to get approved by the underwriter before I even had a house selected. This is very important because it enabled me to show the sellers that I had all of the hard work done and I was truly approved for the loan. And then Nick went a step further by actively communicating with the sellers that my mortgage loan was approved by the underwriter so they knew could accept my offer with confidence. Having a solid loan officer is not an option in the tough Denver market and Nick helped secure my house purchase.

I just bought my first home and used Spire Financial for the mortgage process. I was referred to Keith Floyd there who helped me through the entire process. He answered all my questions and explained everything at a level I understood, as this was my first mortgage. He was on top of everything, kept me informed, and ensured I locked in my interest rate at the optimal time. I just finished my 3rd mortgage with Mike at Spire. Mike has helped me to get out of a 5 year ARM that was about to expire and my rate was about to sky rocket, as well as two subsequent refis. Mike is easy to work with. Dealing with him 3 times now, you would think I would be an expert in this by now....but I am far from it. I still had questions, and Mike was more than willing to sit down and answer every question I had. He even drove to my work, at my convenience and had me fill out some paperwork. I have referred Mike to a few friends as well as my brother, and not one person has had anything less than a great experience with Mike.

When my loan proved to be difficult in the 11th hour due to having returned to the US after several years abroad they persevered in securing a lender while keeping to their original costs.
