The relationship manager Fatiha Ashraf was really helpful and patient, and she can help me deal with some tricky problems even after my bank account was closed. While the line there is really long, good service and people make me feel comfortable. We should understand and appreciate for their effort and help. BTW, thanks for petting my puppy corgi, and he loves you guys as well.

I went into the branch on on Thursday 9/1/2016 and had such a terrible experience with the staff. Not only does the manager not care about client customer service, he was unwilling to hear my needs. I cannot imagine who would allow such a being to run the bank.
