Poor customer service, inability to resolve simple issues without undue bureaucracy in place. This is generally a problem you find in some locations where blind adherence without critical thinking causes service failures. Unfortunately, this experience along with 2 recent technical failures on the side of Navy Federal has caused me to decide to leave this credit union and move back to USAA. The only reason I left USAA was due to branch presence, and if the branch capabilities are worse than my personal experience with Bank of America, whom I consider the epitome of worst bank, then ... you get the picture.
