This is the best law firm in my opinion. If you want the best lawyers working on your case, this is the place. Natasha and Zuny provided professional advice for my case. They both are very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. From the first conversation, they correctly predicted what to anticipate in my case. Their expertise gave me confidence to continue with the firm, immediately after I talked to them. Zuny helped me during the interview process and advises me on the process followed. She is very supportive and handles the procedure smoothly. She impressed me not only with the professionalism, but also with the art of communication. What kind of Mickey Mouse Organization or Legal Institution is this? they made no effort whatsoever to contact the Insurance Company to correct the policy information that they failed to obtain, the also never properly informed me on updates about what status my case was in, and they called me two weeks later to let me know that another party involved in the accident also contacted them to acquire their services while working exclusively with me. Someone informed me of these type of law firms referred to as factory attorneys or ambulance chasers, DON’T LET THESE OFFICES REPRESENT YOU, I’m also submitting a complaint w/ the Florida Bar regarding this ‘oversight’. No attorney working with a client should be allowed to practice in FL with these kind of mistakes. This is definitely a means of getting disbarred

I recently contacted this law firm regarding a potential accident. They were able to help me I can honestly admit that this team is the best! and the legal assistant Stephany Rodriguez was assigned to my case and she did an awesome job! I felt comfortable with her throughout my case . she was great at describing everything to me and breaking things down. I took my car accident to Robert Ruberstain And am not happy at all after I finsh all my therapy they sent me to see another doctor I clearly told them if I was going to be charge by this doctor at the end of my case I prefer to risk and close my case they insisted that I go I was practlely harrased by one of their members that call me and talk to me if she was my enemy and i was forced to go to that doctor at thr end of the case I took only 1400 dollars and most of my money went to that doctor plus the have problems to answer your call everytime u call and I really dont know if Robert Ruberstain knows about the big bussiness is goibg on in his office

Made me waste months of my time and at the end just to call me on the phone to tell me they a discharging my case because they dont believe they are going to get sufficient money for them. I should have called " FULANO " instead because Robert Rubenstein " NO quiere ser mi abogado " Do not waste your time with this attorney firm, they are not even courteous on the phone when they call you. I will never hire them again nor recommend anyone I know to do so. Be warned !!
