Im not sure where to begin with my story. The house I inherited had sat empty for three years. My mother and I would visit 2-3 times a year and every time the house was too hot, too cold, too humid. Every trip we made to Tulsa was spent waiting for some clueless HVAC person who would put more freon in or take some out... meanwhile the electricity bills were roughly 2-300+$ a month. A year ago I moved into this house and my journey with PBJ began. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. The house I live in has a crawl space and on the first day working with the company the gentlemen got under the house and discovered my problems. There are two things I appreciate most about this company: one is their business ethics and integrity. Second is their ability to think of a problem from all sides. PBJ took into account the building science behind my home (i.e. where is my humidity coming from, what can be done to overcome it, what are the short and long term solutions, what is a realistic expectation...). Its been about six months since the job has been completed and I could not be happier. This is a smaller locally owned company. The owners are younger than the typical HVAC persons; however, they are very well educated (are dedicated to continuing education) and have an advantage when it comes to the newest technologies available. Thank you to the army of people who have been patient and worked with me on solutions!!

Adam & Grant had to make the call on my unit because they were so busy. Even though it has been close to a year, they came out and solved several problems and did not charge me. They were very pleasant to work with and were truly interested in solving problems in a way that helped me and was not just a quick fix to get in and out quickly. They were here for five hours. They had solutions and advice to get the most out of my unit. I will be a lifelong customer of theirs. Out of all the companies I used to build my new home, they are one of two that did outstanding work. They came out and gave me a quote which was far more reasonable than several of the areas big AC companies. My wife and I also really liked Adam and Richard and we felt like they really wanted to earn our business.
