I was very apprehensive about doing a major facelift to my house. My funds were limited and I had never tackled a project this big before. Tom Brewster gave me a reasonable quote for an outstanding product and instantly put me at ease about the logistics of the project. Darrin, the project foreman, was always there early and stayed late supervising every step of the project. The OSI crew was always polite, thoughtful and courteous. There was no smoking, profanity, horse play or idle standing-around throughout the entire project. Everyone was always very professional and business like, which I truly appreciated. Each evening the job site was totally tucked in for the evening and all debris was removed. The job site was always very orderly. Tom totally exemplifies true customer service, which I thought was a lost art. Every question and/or suggestion was taken seriously and changes were implemented immediately. His attitude was very impressive. It has been a very positive experience and I am so pleased with the end result. It was a total transformation and I love the appearance of my house now. I will definitely recommend Tom, Darrin and the OSI crew to anyone who asks.
