I would highly recommend Peak Custom Remodeling for your roofing needs. Their service is topnotch. I first met with Kelly, who came out and explained their superior roofing products, services and warranties. Kelly wasn’t your typical sales person. He is down to earth and personable without the fluff that I received from other companies. His quote came in the same as another company that used the same roofing system but because of Kelly, I went with Peak. Then came the time for installation. The project manager called to schedule the date and time of the install. He explained the materials would be dropped off at 8:00am and the installers would arrive at 8:30. At exactly 8:00am the materials arrived and 8:30am the installers. All of the installers were very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. During the install the owner, Dave, called me to let me know how the job was progressing. The project manager was also on site several times during the install to make sure everything was going as planned. I was worried about nails in my yard because I have a dog. The installers did an excellent job on the clean-up and went over the yard several times with the magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up. When the job was done I received a call from Dave to make sure I was satisfied, which I was, and Kelly came back out to do the final work through. Again, I couldn’t be happier with the personal service received and the workmanship of the installation. If you need a roof, Peak is the company for you.

I was extremely pleased with my new roof and gutters put in by Peak Custom Remodeling. From beginning to end, the job was very professional, thorough and beautiful. I also appreciate that appointments were always kept and construction was done in a timely manner. The sales associate, Ben, spent a good deal of time explaining everything to me concerning my choices. The job manager, Jason, along with Ben, kept me informed on the progress and also solutions to problems that arose. There are a lot of quirks with an old house like mine so it didn’t surprise me that there were some hidden issues. Jason showed me the problems, which I had suspected were there for a while, and made sure that the solutions were appropriate and corrective. Basically, the top half of my house was brought up to code and Peak actually gave it extra fortification without additional cost. Also, the crews were exceptional. Their work showed true craftsman level. They spent additional time making sure the tiles and the gutters were absolutely placed correctly. At the end of every day the site was cleaned up. Even while they were working, one of the crew saw that I had a dog and, without even asking, cleared a path from my door to the yard so I could take my dog out. That is courtesy! I am so happy with my beautiful roof and gutters and I have to pat myself on the back for choosing this company.

Peak Remodeling did an excellent job providing our new roof. We interviewed five other companies before deciding on Peak. Ben is a very knowledgeable, honest salesman who clearly explained the roofing process and the quality of the products used by Peak. He kept in constant touch making sure we were satisfied, answering any questions, and securing financing. His personable and informative sales approach really made the difference in our choice to go with Peak and our total satisfaction along the way. The installation team was outstanding. They worked very hard each day and cleaned up at the conclusion of each day, making sure our dog was safe from nails and other debris. When rain came, they immediately took precautions to make sure any unfinished items were water sealed to prevent any possible damage to the project. Jason, the Installation Manager, was in contact and available to answer any questions we had. The roof looks stunning and we definitely plan to use Peak for future projects!

I replaced my cedar shake roof with asphalt shingles. My experience working with working with Peak was exceptional. The attention to detail and knowledge started with the personal involvement of owner David Stavinoha and continued through the onsite installers and clean-up crews. They were a true partner spending time to educate explaining different options and the pros/cons of each. David’s focus was on ensuring the end roof was done right and loved by our family for decades to come. We LOVE the new roof and their 50 year roof warranty on materials/labor was the cherry on top. Through this process I learned there is limited county/state oversight on roofing companies. Which means the quality of your roof is completely determined by which contractor you select. Like the three little pigs contractor quality comes in “Straw”, “Sticks” and “Brick”. Peak is a true “Brick” contractor and I Highly recommend David & his team. -C T

Peak recently installed roofing and siding on a new addition to our home. Warren spent nearly two hours explaining their products and giving us a range of options that fit our budget. He really worked with us to make sure we were getting a high-quality product while still being respectful of what we could afford. What really impressed us was their high-quality products, warranties, and their commitment to doing things "right". Once we decided to go with them, the process took off quickly. Even when there was a mix-up with the crew, Dave, one of the owners, personally stepped in to get the job done. We felt we were in good hands with Peak, and were very impressed with the speed at which they both rectified a problem (as happens with any business) and finished the job. I also have to say that they left our home immaculate -- you could not tell all the work they had done in our backyard at all!

I began my business with Peak Custom Remodeling in May of 2016. We had plans to take two layers of shingles off my roof and put an entire new roof on within a month or so. I first needed my solar panels removed. Due to problems with the solar panel company, I did not get my roof until August. Throughout my frustration with the solar panel company, David Stavinoha (from Peak) was supportive and kept in contact with me. He even tried to call them for me to relieve me of the stress. I think we spoke at least 10 times (probably more) trying to get a date set. I love the results. The roof looks amazing. The company went above and beyond to clean up after themselves.

Jon and the installers came up with some great solutions for where to direct the water flow and run the downspouts to fix the drainage issues.
