Came in to renew after being told on the phone it was possible. Since I had started my membership w/ AAA in another state it was actually not possible. Instead of just being rude like most "customer service" employees in Los Angeles the gentleman we dealt with was very nice. He set us up with the proper plan and it was more affordable than the renewal would have been. Nice to have a good experience and I recommend this branch.

Frickin slow. I came here at the middle of the week during the day, there is only one person serve clients the other one left for lunch and there about ten people are waiting. Considering that it takes about 15 minutes with one person the wait can be substantial.
