And then I was introduced to Frank at WHINS Insurance Agency. He walked me through a couple of suggested plans based on what I was willing to spend. He took the time to explain to me what all the terms meant, what the benefits of each plan were, and helped me to make the right choice. He was (and is) friendly, courteous, and has always responded to any questions I have whether via email, phone, text and no matter what time it was. All I can say is that Darren is an excellent insurance consultant. I just recently bought a new home and the stress level with the bank and realtor is insane, so having Darren of WHINS Insurance deal with my new homeowners insurance, auto and umbrella policies was a godsend. It was quick, efficient and overall he saved me over $700 on my auto policy!
