Having used the Law Firm (The Kennedy Law Firm), I found the atmosphere and personal to be very positive and knowledgeable in their expertise of the law. After presenting a very complex case, and I highlight COMPLEX, the firm assigned Mr. Jacob P. Mathis and Mrs. Katie B. Klinghard as representatives to represent me. After laying my case out, these two great lawyers began researching and laying my argument out to be presented to the organization I was having difficulty with. Having dealt with other law firms I have to say that this law firm let me have a say in what I wanted to drive my case towards while advising me of the things that should and shouldn’t be put forth. These 2 lawyers called, advised, updated and made me feel very confident in the case they had put together. Though my case will take some time to get resolved I feel very confident that I am very well represented and feel much more relaxed knowing I couldn’t have picked a better team. So here’s a word to those who are considering using The Kennedy Law Firm. Don’t walk in there expecting miracles right off the bat. The 2 lawyers mentioned previously will sit with you and listen, research your case and give you the best recourse in whatever legal action you are seeking. Remember the legal system is a mystery that has to be read, understood, and then reacted upon. The better equipped you are, the better results you will receive from your attorneys. To the soldiers seeking help, these guys know their military law, though it changes with the wind, they research, call, seek and deliver the best. this law firm is a joke. the attorney that was used during a divorce, not only was an idoit (bc he didnt know the TN state laws at all aparently), but also filed falsified documents. they are now being sued by my lawyer for filing papers that were changed after i had signed them and forging my signature on the new documents. NOTE TO EVERYONE: DONT USE THIS LAWFIRM UNLESS YOU WANT CRIMINALS WORKING FOR YOU!!
