I was involved in a motorcycle accident in June of 2015. The other driver was at fault. His insurance company agreed to pay 100% of the expenses. Twelve months and three surgeries later, the other drivers insurance company had still not paid. My credit was being ruined as medical bills mounted and some of them were sent to collections. The insurance company continued to delay payment of any kind. At the end of my rope I started interviewing attorneys. I found a home with Anderson Law Firm. My wife and I went and met with Mark Anderson and his Legal Assistant Gabby. They sat and talked with us for two hours. Answered every question we had and shared with us what they could do for us. They gave us clear concise instructions on how we could best help them be successful for us. We chose Anderson Law Firm because they have over twenty-five years of tested expertise in accident litigation, they appreciated our business and when they were with us, we were the only case they were concerned with. Once they took over the case we only had to be concerned with getting me healthy. They took care of the calls from creditors and provided medical connections with physicians who could provide the needed care that we did not have access too. They worked with us 10 months with no remuneration. After I had reached the point of no longer needing medical care and was ready to proceed with the case Mark Anderson had the settlement completed within 30-60 days (May 2017). They are a pleasure to work with, they are professional, and they WIN! They made the insurance company reimburse for ALL expenses and THEN SOME. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. You will be too.

I recommend Mark Anderson and his associates without reservations or qualifications. They are smart, experienced, and classy. His firm settled an uninsured motorist personal injury claim I had against my own insurance company which recently settled for a large amount. After my auto accident, in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist who fell asleep at the wheel, I thought I could count on my own insurance provider of over 20 years to do the right thing: cover all my medical expenses and make me whole. I also thought I could handle this process myself. I was wrong. I wrangled and spared with them for a number of years and got nowhere. The deck is stacked against the consumer. A lay consumer cannot learn everything necessary to challenge an insurance company. Their goal is to settle for the least amount possible. It is NOT to make injured consumers, even their own customers, whole. Now that I have been through this experience, I now know that any claim that involves personal injury or property damage needs to be handled by professionals. I’m glad I chose Mark Anderson to help me with my claim. I wish I had made the decision much sooner than I did. Even if you end up not choosing them, check out their website. Hello im chef kyle and i live in ft worth. This compliment is for the Mark Anderson law firm. What can say...but wow mark and elizabeth rock! had a car wreck awhile back and one of my friends name Kelly referred me to call mark before i called anyone else...i now see why :) from the first day of being in marks office he and his staff treated me like i was family, his receptionist jess was so cool and always nice everytime i called and elizabeth stayed in touch with me either by phone or emai the WHOLE time and was ALWAYS nice and kind and that def made me see i had made the CLEAR choice in a lawyer to represent me. you wont go wrong letting mark and his staff help you, i have been a chef for 15 yrs and im always telling people in my catering service that i can make quality food all the time...but more importantly its how you treat people that is just as important, obviously mark and his staff share this same quality. Unfortunately, accident and injury lawyers have a bad reputation in our society. In 2012, my boyfriend and I were involved in a car accident that left us both pretty banged up, and our car totaled. I have never used a lawyer for any reason but after I was injured in a rear end collision, I tried talking to the other persons insurance. It was clear to me they were not going to settle with me for any kind of reasonable settlement. A relative of mine recommended the Anderson Law firm. My first meeting was very enjoyable and without any "hard pressure" used on me. It took the insurance company a long time and they kept dragging the settlement out but my attornys kept after them to come to an equitable settlement. Now I have gotten my settlement and the Anderson Law firm got me a reasonable settlement. I will always consider them my friends.
