I had a problem with my A/C. I called early one morning before they opened, left a message. The owner called me back, set an apt that day(disclosed pricing). she said some one would call between 2 and 5 pm. Justin their A/C tech. called at 2:30 to say he would be there in 30 mins. He showed up on time, was professional, fixed the problem, I also paid for their one year service plan. I would highly recommend Franks a/c. They are a no hassle do what they say company. This is a 25 year old company, they understand customer service. remember...price is what you pay, value is what you get. 5 stars from me !!!!

All their techs and all the office personnel are very knowledgeable and very courteous. We are very happy with Franks and recommend them to everyone we know.

Franks installed our new Trane A/C and heating unit in 2012. They did an excellent job and were timely. We experienced a few "issues" after the installation (not related to it) and they were very accommodating. They are also timely with reminding us of our annual follow-up and maintenance calls!
