The U-shaped manometer on the radon mitigation system in my house suddenly indicated no pressure and there was wobbling sound within the pipes. I called Synergy Home LLC and Jamie came to my house the second day. He inspected the system and then he MAGICALLY opened the facet under the radon fan; a huge amount of water was discharged. The problem was solved. He told me to open the faucet from time to time to discharge the water. He did not charge me a cent. What a knowledgeable, professional, and nice gentleman. I definitely will turn to him for future needs and definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help in home maintenance and improvement. Thanks so much, Jamie!

After recently discovering our home had an elevated radon level we called Synergy for an evaluation and quote. Jamie, the owner, made the visit to our home personally which allowed me to discuss and understand the methods and details of what his company would do to install a radon mitigation system. Installation was performed a few days later by Todd and Austin. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough with their work. Our radon level is now between 0.7 and 0.9 pci/L. Very pleased.

The system went down overnight. The house was not uncomfortable but it was going to be a long day if it did not get fixed. I called at 8AM and had a technician before 10AM. They had a replacement part on the truck so I did not have to pay for the technician to drive all over town to get the needed part. Really good experience
