I interviewed with the OWNER of this company for the open sales manager position. I am HIGHLY educated and have been in and around the public my ENTIRE life. I was shocked at how condescending his attitude was and I tried to excuse myself from the meeting. His response to me was "You cannot leave, we are not done yet". He called me a "dick" and told me that he had a job and I did not. Wished me good luck at WalMart and then asked how old my "single wide" was. I told him that a negative review was coming and told me that "bad reviews do not matter, nobody reads that crap". Well, I disagree. Search around, this is not a good company or good people. And, they are NOT affiliated with the A+ rating and the company from Michigan.

Excellent workmanship. The installers Chris & Ken were great. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and they explained every aspect of the work that they performed. The salesman Paul was wonderful. He has a thorough knowledge about the products and took the time to go over everything as well as make recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend Paradise Home Improvements. They take pride in their work as well as their employees. Dan and Bill we also great. They always returned their calls or answered by the third ring. Very prompt and courteous.We love the new walk in shower that they installed.

Not Good would never recommend them here is what took place a guy came out on Sat to give us quote for a bay window He was nice and said we would hear from them on monday ,,However this Other gentleman showed up and did not evem know the other guy was here its Thursday and no one has called left many telephone messages without returning the call would never give these guys down payments Never warning!!>< I think this is a scam be very careful everyone not a good way to do Buiss

I had a appointment they never showed up for so called them and got the guy who does the scheduling answer the phone. He said I was not even on the books and that he will put me on the books for tomorrow. I told him not thanks (since I cant trust them to come why would I hire them) and he got very angry and said why did I even call lol well to see if you was coming and he started ranting and I just said have a nice day sir and hung up. Very unprofessional people.

Most polite and respectful group of professionals I have ever worked with; from sales person - to scheduling staff - to installers - to financial staff - to management. If you are serious about your home and you are wanting to upgrade with top of the line products installed by top of the line workers, then PARADISE HOME IMPROVEMENT is the only company you will need!!!

Started out a bit pricy, but we finally came to an agreement. Love the product, the install guys were awesome and a supervisor came around about 2 weeks later and checked everything out. Only gave 4 stars because work is less than 6 months old. If they should deal with an problem (Not expecting any) with the same enthusiasm as the sales and install, then would move to a 5 star.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! My sales rep Jim was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that I understood everything. My window installation team arrived on time and worked very hard without taking a break until they were done. I noticed a big difference in my house immediately from having the windows installed. Great windows and great people!

Too bad there is not a 0 star category. Lots of pressure and manipulation. I turned them down but they continue to call even though I have asked them not to call. Their phone representatives are very unimpressive which should also be a red flag. Avoid them at all costs, because they are costly in more ways than just money.

I received a quote of $5.995.15 to install gutters on my house. The quote did not contain material costs or labor costs. I thought the cost was excessive to say the least. The rep showed up with wrinkled shirt. Pieces of tobacco still in his teeth. I was not impressed with his appearance or sales pitch.

Horrible experience. Salesman was pushy, rude, arrived late, and tried to rip me off. Got the job done for $3,000 less than what they quoted me. They also keep calling me a year later after I told them to stop bothering me. Had to actually block their number on my phone. STAY AWAY

The only reason they get one star is I could not submit review with no stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid like the Plague. If they knock on your door soliciting business, beware! The positive reviews you see are done by employees, friends, and family.
