This contractor was hired though a coupon through Angies List with a coupon stating the following deal online "$199 for 500 square feet of blown-in, environmentally safe attic insulation Installation of blown-in insulation in attics of existing homes (not new construction) Fiberglass or cellulose blown-in insulation available. Deal includes up to R38, although additional R-value available (if needed) to guarantee code compliance for additional fee". The previous sentence has two separate statements within the text. The first part states the deal includes up to R38. The second and completely separate statement that if you need addition insulation you can purchase at an addition fee. I have 500 sq feet that I wanted R-30 to 38 blown on top r-30 batt insulation that has gaps of 6-8 inches in it. The company refused to do any work. This is clearly a breach of contract. This is a marketing campaign to get them into your residence as most attics are much more than 500 sq feet. The Foreman provided coupon pitches to me with the work that was completed earlier that day and all of the final projects were all in thousands of dollars due to more than 500 sq feet.

They did a great job on my ducts and return. We had a problem with dust, no matter how often we dusted, the dust was back within a day or two. Since they came we have had a tremendous reduction in the amount of dust. Great customer service and a friendly staff! I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
