My husband and I had a concrete slab front porch that was slowly shifting and causing water to run toward the foundation of our house whenever it rained. They came out and did an estimate for the necessary work to relevel the porch. We had estimates done by 3 other companies and theirs was by far the best! They arrived early to our home to start the job and stayed late, working through their lunch, to complete the job in one day. The project required a lot more work and materials than they had anticipated, but they happily did the job and guaranteed that we would only be charged the estimate price we had agreed upon, despite the unforseen additional cost. They were hard-working, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!!

Wow, there are not enough good things to say about this company. They are top notch in their quality of services, the guarantee behind the work they do, and their customer service. It is nerve-wracking to have to repair a basement, not to mention so costly. They are very informative so that you can make an informed decision and feel good about the costs involved. Everyone from the office staff to the consultant, Sam, to the gentlemen who installed the system, Josh and Henry, were nothing short of amazing. They took a stressful circumstance for us and gave us peace of mind through the whole process. The work area was well kept throughout the job. The team was open to all of our concerns and took the time to fully answer our questions. Most surprising to us was how quiet they were as they worked and the precision and efficiency of their workmanship. We now have a neat and clean crawl space and the air quality of our home is more comfortable. We look forward to watching the system perform through seasonal changes.

Team JJM did our encapsulation, in July, and did a very good job. We were pleased with the results. They were very considerate of our needs and made recommendations to keep the dehumidifier running properly. We would certainly recommend tar heel basements to anyone. When we found a problem they sent someone out promptly to get it repaired. Matt Johnson was our technician, who came out when our light came on on the dehumidifier. He corrected the problem, while making other suggestions to keep our humidity level as low as possible.

I had Bobby Luttrell and Dwayne Hartman relevel my front porch slab on 3/31/2015 using your foam injection process. The finished job looks great and they were very easy to work with. They were very pleasant to work with and set high standards for the finished job. They made sure the slope was correct and water would flow away from the house. The cleanup and caulking job was very good also. I enjoyed working with them today and with Rick Brown on the quoting process.

We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated and insulated by TarHeelBasement Systems, and we were very happy with our crew, Josh McKnight, Alex Lemon, and John Canterbury. They were very professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up every scrap of material. We have yet to use our dehumidifier/sump pump as we await our electrician, but the company has very good guarantee on all parts and workmanship.
