First things First, considering the large number of clients this branch has, there should be another ATM outside. Secondly, I was referred here by my roommate who gave me their account number and told me to sign up. I went into this branch to sign up and they made the process extremely difficult, telling me I had to show them utility bills to create an account. I left, got in my car and within minutes I had opened an account via the mobile app. Lastly, their 24 hour customer support service is actually helpful, sadly more helpful than the actual employee I encountered in the bank.

HORRIBLE!!! The bank is conveniently located next to a military installation which is a good thing but they do not have enough employed personnel to assist the amount of customers they constantly in the bank. The waiting time at minimum is 30mins if you need assistance with a question such as loans or mortgages. The line for the bank teller is a minimum of 20mins...which is extremely long compared to other banks. I love Navy Federal services, but this location needs more employees cause the lack of them has an impact by displaying in the poor customer service.

I opened an account at this location yesterday. Although their staff is small, and my wait time was long... I feel that it was worth it. Ms. Devoe was patient with any questions and concerns that I may have had and took the time to explain all offers that I am available to. Happy to be a member of this credit union.

Love my navy federal but this one absolutely is horrible. No drive thru, 3 tellers and 1atm with 50,000 customers around. Would rather go to the dentist then come in here. Workers are great, just to small of a credit union for such a large area.

If you do not have a account then do so and make Navy Federal your bank of choice. If u have goals to approve in finance and build credit then I recommend them.
